This quasi-experimental study employed a pretest–posttest–follow-up design with a control group. The statistical population consisted of mothers of children aged 6–12 years with externalizing behavioral problems in District Two of Isfahan, Iran, during the winter of 2025. A total of 45 mother–child dyads were selected through convenience sampling and randomly assigned to three groups: schema-based parenting, brain-based parenting, and control (15 participants per group). The interventions consisted of eight 70–90-minute group sessions. The Parental Adaptability Questionnaire (Yousefi, 2021) was administered at pretest, posttest, and two-month follow-up. Data analysis was performed using repeated-measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc tests. The results revealed a significant main effect of time and a significant time×group interaction for parental adaptability (p&lt;0.01). Between-group comparisons indicated that schema-based parenting significantly improved parental adaptability compared with the control group (p&lt;0.05). However, brain-based parenting did not differ significantly from the control group (p&gt;0.05). Improvements observed in the schema-based parenting group remained relatively stable at follow-up, whereas changes in the brain-based parenting group were not statistically meaningful. Overall, the study demonstrated that schema-based parenting is an effective approach for enhancing parental adaptability among mothers of children with externalizing behavioral problems, whereas brain-based parenting did not produce significant improvements. The findings highlight the clinical utility of schema-based parenting in strengthening parental flexibility and constructive family functioning.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی فرزندپروری طرحواره‌محور و فرزندپروری مغز‌محور بر انطباق‌پذیری والدینی مادران کودکان دارای مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی‌شده بود. این مطالعه به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری دوماهه و با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل مادران کودکان ۶ تا ۱۲ سال دارای مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی‌شده در منطقه دو شهر اصفهان طی زمستان ۱۴۰۳ بود که ۴۵ نفر به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به شکل تصادفی در سه گروه (طرحواره‌محور، مغز‌محور، کنترل) تخصیص یافتند. مداخله شامل ۸ جلسه ۷۰ تا ۹۰ دقیقه‌ای بود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه انطباق‌پذیری والدینی یوسفی (۱۴۰۰) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر زمان و تعامل زمان×گروه بر انطباق‌پذیری والدینی معنادار است (p&lt;0.01). مقایسه بین‌گروهی نشان داد فرزندپروری طرحواره‌محور نسبت به کنترل باعث افزایش معنادار انطباق‌پذیری والدینی می‌شود (p&lt;0.05)، اما فرزندپروری مغز‌محور تفاوت معناداری با گروه کنترل نداشت (p&gt;0.05). همچنین تغییرات مثبت در گروه طرحواره‌محور در پس‌آزمون و پیگیری پایدارتر بود. بر اساس یافته‌ها، فرزندپروری طرحواره‌محور رویکردی اثربخش برای ارتقای انطباق‌پذیری والدینی مادران کودکان دارای مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی‌شده است، در حالی‌که فرزندپروری مغز‌محور تأثیر معناداری در این زمینه نشان نداد. به‌کارگیری آموزش‌های طرحواره‌محور می‌تواند در مداخلات بالینی و خدمات حمایتی خانواده‌های دارای کودکان با مشکلات رفتاری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</p> https://www.jhpbd.com/index.php/hpbd/article/download/164/139
