This study aimed to develop a comprehensive and stage-based training package grounded in Glasser’s Choice Theory and the Transtheoretical Model to sustainably enhance couple relationships. This qualitative study employed Braun and Clarke’s reflexive thematic analysis. Data were collected through a systematic review of scientific literature on Choice Theory and couple relationships. Extracted themes were integrated within a combined framework of Choice Theory and Prochaska and DiClemente’s stages of change and operationalized into a ten-session, 90-minute educational protocol. Content validity was evaluated using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) with expert review. Thematic analysis yielded nine core themes: understanding Choice Theory, basic needs, quality world, responsibility, internal control, communication skills, conflict resolution, emotional resilience, and healthy interaction. CVR results confirmed acceptable content validity for all components. The protocol demonstrated strong theoretical coherence and practical applicability as a culturally adapted intervention model for couple relationship enhancement. The developed training package provides a theoretically grounded, practical, and sustainable framework for improving couple relationships and offers a reliable model for counseling and family education programs.
